As a courtesy, we provide the opportunity for individuals to remove their information from the 365 Instant Check people search results. Most requests will take effect within 5-7 days of submission.

What is Person ID?

The person ID is a unique identifier assigned to each individual public record found on 365 Instant Check.


Where can I find it?

You can locate the person ID on the search results page directly beneath the individual's name. It typically begins with "G-" followed by series of number.

How long does it take to opt-out?

If you are a Covered Person as defined by Daniel’s Law and do not want to use the automated opt-out, please email us at privacy@365InstantCheck.com . The community of Covered Persons includes former, active or retired, state or federal, judges, prosecutors, and members of law enforcement and their immediate family members residing in the same household. In order to help us locate your record and process your opt-out request, please provide either a screenshot or link to your record on our site, or your complete name, date of birth, city and state of residence, and email address. The information you share will only be used to assist with your privacy request.

How long does it take for a request to be completed?

Depending on the nature of your request and the amount of data, your opt-out request should be processed within 16 business days from the day we received your request.

Should I select “Do Not Sell My Information” or “Delete My Information”?

If you would like us to remove the publicly available information from our site, please choose the “Do Not Sell My Information” request type. If you are a subscriber of our services and would like to delete your account information, please select the “Delete My Information” request type.

How do I submit a right-to-know request?

If you would like to submit a right-to-know request to access the publicly available information we have compiled about you, if any, or the personal information we collected from you upon sign-up, please choose the “Access My Information” request type in the form above.

How do I correct my personal information?

If the personal information you submitted to us upon sign-up changes, or if you no longer desire our services, you may correct, update, or request deletion of this information by making the change on your member information page or by contacting us at privacy@365InstantCheck.com

Why do you need my information?

This information is needed to help us verify your identity and to locate your data for completing the privacy request. The information provided will only be used to assist with the privacy request.

Can I submit a request on behalf of someone else?

Yes, as long as you are their authorized agent. To make a request on behalf of a consumer as an authorized agent, please complete the form above and email one of the following documents to privacy@365InstantCheck.com: (a) a letter signed by the consumer authorizing you to submit a request on the consumer’s behalf, or (b) a valid power of attorney.
